KTC PACE and KTC Telecom are now both known as Kaptel—a more concise take on our original moniker of Kaplan Telephone Company and our way of honoring our roots while looking forward to our future growth in Acadiana and beyond.

Along with this change come longer store hours at our Abbeville location, in-house phone repair techs, improved customer service options, and more! We are so excited for this new chapter, and so grateful for the support of our community the last 65 years.
